- The guarantee requires you to provide us with the exam transcript within 7 days of sitting the exam. You should email a copy of the exam transcript to support@sqlsteps.com with your Name, User ID and Password.
- The exam transcript should be a signed copy of the complete and original test score sheet from the authorized testing center clearly showing the exam taker's name, Microsoft UserID details, the certification exam taken, the date the exam was taken and the exam score.
